HELP ME!!!

We have two minds. One that thinks the other one that feels.

If the emotional mind (sometimes illogical) has become more dominant, the rational mind will become less effectual.

The emotional mind reacts to the present as though it was the past.

Rationalism – it will harness the rational mind to its purpose so that we came up with explanations for our feelings and reactions justifying them in terms of present moment, without realizing the influences of the emotional memory (rationalism is sometimes illogical but the mind made it logical).

Do you think it is sometimes hard to trust what someone had said?
Our perception ruled us.
That’s the reason.

When someone tells you something, sometimes you can easily trust them as soon as they finished their sentence.
Probably they told you some tabloids.
Probably they told you some shocking news, that you don’t really have the time to digest whether it is true or not true.
Probably they told you some things that don’t worth much value.

Sometimes, when somebody tells you something, you don’t trust them.
Is it because you only believe what you see?
Or is it because your perceptions ruled you?
I believe it is easy to let your rational mind take control over you.
That is you are in the state of rationalism.
You don’t believe what someone says, not because they aren’t reliable.
It is because you hear or see something regarding the issue before he/she talked to you about that.

For example, when you saw a boy walked your friend, who happens to be a girl, home, immediately what come to your mind is that they are couple.
However, since you are not 100% sure, you walk up to confirm with your friend.
I’m sure you will not be convinced that they are not just because she denies it, am I right?
(Okay, at least for me I will not.
There should have people with the same mindset as mine right?)

This is what happens when your perception rules you.
Your mind will create reasons for you not to believe somehow.

The above example is a real simple one.
Things get really complicated if you see or hear more than one thing before you get an answer from someone.
You probably will struggle who to believe.
That person?
Or yourselves?

Sometimes you feel that I should trust my friend.
However, in your sub-consciousness (sometimes) you don’t really trust him/her; instead you remain your stand.
You can only get rid of your perception when you find some new evidence or information, then you will have a new set of perception.
So it becomes a cycle.
An evil one that makes you can't really think in an innocent way.

So anyone disagree with me?
Go ahead and argue with me.
If you have suggestions on how to overcome the power of our perceptions, tell me.
I seriously need some help.

should i trust you? or not?
