how time flies. secondary sch life had so fast ended. i m sure i m gonna miss those days.

o3, when i first stepped into riverside, everything so new to me. the building the faces the air. fresh. 1/6, it was my class. we had the orientation in the hall, some talks, ice-breakers and games. the only person i remembered from the orientation was eugene. i nt sure why. perhaps his name is easy to remember. in class, i was sit beside ziheng. things went rather smooth. we rarely talked to each other. the class was quiet, awkward. all new faces, except yande john akhbah, we dont talk to each other. weeks gone. slowly we adapted to the new environment. we talked to each other, trying to make new friends. months gone, newly made friends slowly became good friends, replacing some of our primary friends. for me, my circle of friends was largely the boys. teachers already knew our names. tests and exams over. and we were promoted to secondary 2. new school, new cca, new friends, new life.

o4, things arent tat unfamiliar to me. my circle of friends consists of more and more girls. tats when the boys began to admire so girls, including me lahx. boys would discuss which girl is more chio, some boys confessed to the girl they like, some jus kept their mouth shut. for example, ziheng confessed to peiwen, teckyew also liked peiwen, qianyu liked yihui, yande liked sharon, zhanhong liked kathy, and many more. sec2 life was more exciting than sec1 life. a group of friends would hang out together after school till the evening before returning home. we went out together in the weekends. the school had its first carnival(forgot what it was called). we had lots of fun planning as well as functioning it. soon it was streaming, it came so fast and it ended so fast. we had to choose our prefered subject combination. my first choice was triple sci hist. but most of my good friends chose triple sci geog. i regreted some weeks later. some people too. we swopped classes. i ended up in the geog class, with my good friends. people felt sad. two years of friends soon going to end up in different classes. exciting yet emotional.

o5, a brand new start again. new subjects like chemistry, physic and biology. new form teachers, new subject teachers, new classmates, new school, new class, new facilities. we shifted back from sembawang site to woodlands site. new school is smaller but equipped with better facilities, an example would be the lift. new class, though it was smaller, it was cosy. new teachers, unfamiliar but they brought us more fun. new subjects, nothing else than just a subject. new form teachers, probably more naggy. new classmates, some were quiet, some were fun. my first partner, syuhaidah. we had lots of fun and laughters. it was such a coincedence that we were borned on the same day. my second partner, badriyah. it was fun to sit beside her too, but i would much prefer syuhaidah haha. we did not seem to talk quite much in class, so sometimes we would interact with the peeps sitting in front of us, peiqi and zhonghao. my third partner were nat(jiex) and kathy. the class com planned a new sitting arrangement such that i was sitting in the rows of 5 with kathy natalie peiqi huilong and myself. we created a group called the august club. that was when mrbi was 'born'. in june, i tried out something new. from the help of my friends, namely peiqi zhanhong kathy huilong yande peiwen and others, we organised a BBQ session in sembawang park. it went on rather smooth except that i had a small quarrel with gina on that day. everything went fine between us after i apologised. in september holiday, i organised another BBQ session, this time round with the help of jianlin and yande. we invited only the 3/6 peeps. as the date was quite close to beatrice birthday, we celebrated her birthday on that day too. besides organising BBQ session, we also had the group study session. we went to mac on every saturdays to do homework together. if not we would go to the library instead. most of the time we would gossip instead of doing homework haha. as much as these happy stuffs happening in o5, sad things happened too. for those who had been reading my entries or were closer to me enough, would know that actually 2oo5 wasnt quite a happy year for me. overall, it was a mixture of happiness and agony.

soon, 2oo6 came. a big year for us. it was the year for us to take the o level. the year was rather rush. we had our mother tongue o level in june so the mt department arranged a series of remedials during the march holidays. a week before the exam, all the 5 days were nothing but mt lessons. finally the exam was over and we could no need to touch the mt textbook again, perhaps for some other people they still need to have the mt lessons if they couldnt get a distinction. fortunately, our sch had the highest percentage of distinction and passes for mother tongue(or is it just chinese language?) in the nation. soon the results came and after that it was the practical exams. we had some intense training for practical as well. things went on rather well for chemistry but not for bio and physic. and then we had our prelim. next thing that happened was graduation day. though it was graduation day, we still need to come back to sch as normal sch days because our prelim results were not very ideal. the week before we officially graduated, teachers were giving us past year exam papers, notes and nothing else. it was so much that i barely had the time to touch 1o% of it due to time constrain. o level then came. it came so fast and it ended so fast. two years of effort finally had put to an end. oh, for year o6, my partner was jiex. during this period of time we had lots of laughters. we shared secrets. we helped each other in studies. we laughed together. we crapped together. we lamed together. among the partners i had, natalie was the best. another thing, i became the chairperson of 4/6 due to sabotage from the peeps. i wasnt a good chairperson, many things i didnt know how to manage, the class wasnt in good shape under me lahx. agony passed down from o5, o6 wasnt quite a fulfilled year for me, basically because i was so much emotional due to *ahem(you know lahx huh) and friends were going to different colleges after o level.

now, jus a few blinks of eyes, 4 years just passed like that, and it was 2oo7. riverside was the past tense and nanyang jc is the present tense.

P.S: i know there were a lot of things i had missed out. however, that was mostly that i can remember. and also i m going offline soon cos tomorrow still have to go out so i need to sleep soon. my orientation from nanyang jc jus ended yesterday, i will post an entry on it soon.
